Beginning Water Project
What
makes a good thesis?
- It is not too simple (can be answered quickly)
or too complex (overwhelming).
- It answers the question (it does not have to be the only
answer or a definitive answer).
- It has several components to it that can be used
as subtopics or categories to explore.
- You have already located research that supports
the thesis.
Now what?
- Identify at least three subtopics.
- Create & answer questions for your subtopics
(minimum of 3
subtopics, keep it simple).
- Complete research documentation for all relevant
sources. One primary source is required for each example. (Use NoodleBib
so you will have material organized for your bibliography).
- List two examples for each subtopic that prove
your subtopic point.
- Each subtopic example needs two comments that interpret
the importance of that example.
- Bibliography includes at least six sources
- Look for visuals for your Power Point presentation.
- Conclusion includes at least one connection that
goes beyond the material in your presentation
